According to TechFlow, Elon Musk changed the profile picture and avatar of his social media account, and posted that the profile picture has been changed to "Starship Flight 5".

Musk's company SpaceX will conduct the latest test flight of Starship today. The goal of this demonstration mission is to try for the first time to maneuver the 232-foot-tall (71-meter) rocket booster onto a huge landing structure after it has burned most of its fuel and separated from the upper Starship stage.
