The content of this article is all my real events
Yesterday's post received a few comments and replies, and I thought I was going to be cyberbullied. But after clicking in and reading carefully, I found that the netizens were mostly giving me advice and guidance.
I am very grateful to everyone for reading my diary and commenting on it. I will consider and absorb your suggestions.
In this article, I will talk about my experience in the cryptocurrency circle.
I entered the market in March this year. The opportunity came from a good friend in my class (also a technical secondary school student). He was young and promising. In the second year of junior high school, he made about 20,000 to 30,000 yuan by making a living on the Internet. At that time, there was an activity time after lunch. I talked to him in class about how to make money on the Internet. He mentioned the cryptocurrency circle to me unintentionally, saying that if I want to make money, I should buy Dogecoin. Musk supports Dogecoin. If you buy it now, you will definitely make money.
He actually didn’t know much about the cryptocurrency world, he just said it casually, and I knew he just said it casually. But in the end, it still planted a seed in my heart.
I didn't have a relationship in high school. I went to work every day. I didn't go out on weekends but stayed at home to play games. I also opened a canteen in my class to buy snacks for the boarding students. So I saved a little money.
I definitely didn’t think of getting into the cryptocurrency world at first. From my freshman year to my sophomore year in high school, I was always doing other things (which is another story). As a result, I lost all my money, with a total loss of more than 10,000 yuan. This is definitely not a small amount for an ordinary high school student. I saved all this money bit by bit. Now when I think about it, I really want to slap myself a few times. I really regret it.
I remember that at that time, I was numb to losing money, and one or two hundred was no big deal. If it was really one or two hundred, I would feel relieved. Hahahaha, it's really ironic. I usually don't want to order more than 18 yuan for takeout, but I end up losing one or two hundred yuan for other things.
Later, I finally decided to give up. After being emo for a while, I packed up my last bit of savings and decided to start over.
The things in the past, more or less, brought me bad memories, and I didn’t want to face them. So I wanted to change my career path. After a week of consideration, I finally came to the cryptocurrency world.
When I downloaded and opened Binance for the first time, the prices of popular coins on the Binance homepage kept jumping up and down, which immediately aroused my interest. At that time, I had regained my confidence and couldn't wait to follow the novice guide to learn some operations in the cryptocurrency circle. Then I found the copy trading option in the contract area.
At that time, I was a rookie and had no idea that the cryptocurrency circle was full of mixed people. Most of them were crooked and it would not be an exaggeration to call them scammers.
I thought to myself, I have just entered the cryptocurrency world and I don’t know anything about these coins or strategies. Why not follow one person first and watch his operations to get familiar with them?
So, in the first few days after entering the cryptocurrency circle, I made my first choice - to follow orders.
As a result, as shown in the screenshot of my article yesterday, I lost 24u.
During the two weeks of following orders, I don’t deny that I followed a few people who knew a little bit, and I went from 10u to 28u in two days. But in the end, I still got liquidated.
What I remember most clearly is that I just recharged 10u at night after my account was liquidated. I met a person who said that he specialized in the ckb coin. He said at the time that he was a member of a team that specialized in ckb, and that the winning rate seemed a bit high based on the homepage, so I followed his orders in a rush, and it was already after 11 o'clock in the evening.
As a result, when I woke up the next day, my account was cleared. I was so confused at the time. Because before, even if I copied orders, it would take a week or 3 or 4 days for the account to be liquidated, but it was liquidated overnight. Finally, I confirmed again and again that it was really liquidated. I was depressed all day that day and really regretted it. It was like throwing 70 yuan into the river.
Later, I realized that it is better to rely on others than on myself. There are really many geniuses in copy trading. Later, I started trading, but I had no basic knowledge and did not take the initiative to learn. At that time, trading depended on feelings. If I felt that the price was going to fall, I would go short, and if it was going to rise, I would go long. It was all based on a feeling.
As expected, I kept losing money. The screenshot in yesterday's article showed that I lost 48u and only earned 6u. This profit-loss ratio is really scary.
Then, I realized that I couldn't go on like this, or I would lose all my money. So I made up my mind to trade calmly. I changed the leverage from 20x to 3x instead of blindly following others. Then I focused on one coin.
So I chose Dogecoin without hesitation, which is the coin promoted by Musk. At that time, it was a bull market, the price of Bitcoin was hovering around 70,000, and Dogecoin was in the limelight, with the price between 0.15 and 0.16, and once it was about to break 0.17.
I started to reduce the frequency of transactions, shorting at highs and going long at lows. I had been in the circle for about 2 months at that time.
During the Bitcoin bull market, a small market trend was a few thousand points. I remember that at that time, there were basically market trends every night. The Bitcoin price spiked very fast, but it would rise instantly. It was not as intimidating as the current market trend. At that time, the emphasis was on purity.
It was in that environment that I said I would stay calm, but seeing the price of Bitcoin fluctuate by thousands of points, I couldn't hold back after all.
Plus, at that time, I had just entered the market, and I was full of curiosity and enthusiasm for price changes and K-line changes, and I was full of confidence. I remember that time, I was full of energy, and the craziest time I watched the price K-line from daytime to sunset, but that was Saturday...
I was so passionate about the cryptocurrency world at that time. I just loved to watch the price jumps. I really liked it. But now it seems that I was really bored.
So, driven by that enthusiasm, I started trading frequently again.
I am born to be a cheap person. When I make a profit, I think it is not enough and I don’t close the position. When I lose, I think it can go back up. So this leads to the loss of 48u and the profit of 6u in the screenshot.
The next time I suffered a loss, I held on to it and eventually lost everything.
After the liquidation, I had no money left, so my cryptocurrency journey ended in the first half of the year. This is the story of my cryptocurrency journey in the first half of the year.
The story of a complete newbie entering the cryptocurrency world.
I hope you like it, thank you.
