📱 The UN “exposed” Telegram in the latest report:

The UN considers Telegram a “den” of Southeast Asian cyber gangs, posing a serious threat to regional cybersecurity:

- Sensitive data such as credit cards, passwords, and browsing history are openly sold on Telegram.

- Tools such as deepfakes, malware that steal information, and money laundering services through “underground” Crypto exchanges are widespread.

- Most recently, a hacker used a Telegram chatbot to leak data from Star Health, one of India’s leading insurance companies.

This is the latest accusation against Telegram since CEO Pavel Durov got into trouble with the French authorities.
