U.S. Bitcoin ETFs saw outflows of $242.6 million on Tuesday, the worst since Sept. 3, according to SoSoValue.

The outflows snapped an eight-day streak of inflows as BTC lost up to 6% amid escalating tensions in the Middle East.

Bitcoin fell to $60,300, erasing all of its recent gains following the Fed's rate cut.

Ether ETFs also suffered, seeing outflows of $48.5 million, the worst since Sept. 23.
