According to the application, the Bitwise XRP ETF was established on September 30, 2024. The registered agent is listed as CSC Delaware Trust Company, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.

It is reported that submitting an application in Delaware does not necessarily mean that a registration application will be submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) soon. This step may be part of early preparations, and it may take months to formally submit an application to the SEC.
