Cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb plans to list on the Nasdaq in the US in the second half of 2025. 📉 At a shareholder meeting, the company confirmed its IPO plans, selecting Samsung Securities as the lead underwriter.
In March, Bithumb split its corporate assets 60:40 to focus on its core business. In 2023, the exchange reported an operating loss of $11 million.
