I see $POPCAT bearish pivot at $0.9471. That for me is a strong confluence for a short. It's a bit of a long way to go before price goes there, but who knows, this is crypto afterall.

Right now it is still giving me mixed vibes. But one thing to note is the (+) funding is increasing, which favors shorters.
