In response to the severe flooding caused by Storm Boris in Central Europe, Binance Charity has announced an airdrop of up to $1.5 million in BNB to support users living in the most affected regions of Poland, Romania, and Czechia. This initiative aims to provide immediate relief to Binance users impacted by the disaster.

Users identified through completed Proof of Address (POA) by September 18, 2024, will receive $50 in BNB directly to their Binance accounts. Those completing POA after September 18 but before October 11, 2024, will receive an additional $25 in BNB.

The first round of funds will be distributed starting October 1, 2024.

Kyrylo Khomyakov, Binance's General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, stated: “The flooding has been devastating, and we hope this support can help our users and their communities recover.”

Binance remains committed to finding additional ways to assist affected community members.
