[DeFi protocol Bankroll Network suffered a $230,000 attack] Golden Finance reported that according to blockchain security platform TenArmor, the decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol Bankroll Network was hacked on September 22, with a loss of $230,000. The attacker exploited a contract loophole and transferred a large amount of funds from the BankrollNetworkStack contract through multiple Binance Coin (BNB) transfer operations. The flow of funds involved in the attack showed that the hacker may have used the flash loan mechanism to withdraw assets that exceeded the deposited amount. Although Bankroll Network has not confirmed that these transactions were caused by the attack, blockchain data shows that the relevant transfers occurred at 4:50 pm UTC on September 22.
