ETHGlobal Singapore, the hackathon held during Token2049, announced the 10 winning projects on September 22, 2024. They are: Clarity, Memora, Fill Me Up, Angpao Money, Geist, Hanseek, fheProxies, SQUIDL, Nifi, and Marina Royale.
The following is a brief introduction to these 10 projects:
Clarity:
Clarity is a payment gateway that combats fake reviews by enabling verifiable on-chain payments and reviews, ensuring transparency and building trust for merchants and users. Clarity solves the trust problem between consumers and merchants by providing proof of payment and review through Sign Protocol and proof of identity through WorldID. This ensures that every review is written by a real person. Clarity also rewards each user with one Clarity token. Clarity also seamlessly creates ENS addresses for merchants, making it easy for users to identify merchant addresses.

Memorize:
Memora enables users to securely manage and preserve their digital footprints through blockchain-powered NFT time capsules. Users can link various digital accounts (social media, wallet addresses, emails, cloud storage) and set specific conditions for transferring, preserving, or terminating access based on life events such as death, marriage, or even job changes. With the help of AI monitoring agents, the platform can continuously track account activity and trigger automatic actions when predefined events occur. Time capsule NFTs allow users to store digital content and assets that can be unlocked by people previously set by the owner.

Fill Me Up:
Fill Me Up allows users to approve funds on a single chain, and whenever the user runs out of gas on any chain, the balance will automatically be filled with these pre-approved funds.
Fill Me Up uses an intermediary contract to which users approve funds. A central service monitors the gas levels of users who have approved funds. When a user runs low on gas, the service calls the intermediary contract, which transfers some funds to itself using the approved limit. It then swaps and bridges the funds to the chain with the low funds.

Angpao Money:
Angpao Money is a magic link utility that makes receiving cryptocurrencies as intuitive as handing over cash in an envelope. And there are absolutely zero dependencies: no need to install anything, no gas required, Angpao.money goes above and beyond to get started by bridging the user experience gap, making every transfer fun, personal, and memorable.

Spirit :
Geist is a decentralized autonomous website (DAW) builder. Wallet whitelisting for private preview, deployment based on trustless zk-proofs after anti-collusion proposal vote, Geist allows DAOs to collaborate at scale and make the internet more trustless.

Hanseek:
Hanseek is a blockchain-based video review platform for food lovers that restores trust in restaurant recommendations. Reviewers are verified through World ID, ensuring only real people can post reviews. Reviews are stored on Flow's blockchain, ensuring transparency and preventing tampering, while Dynamic enables seamless onboarding, making it easy for users to engage in the real world. Users can browse short video reviews, book restaurants directly, and trust the recommendations they see. When users patronize restaurants based on their reviews, creators are rewarded, and restaurants attract more customers through verified, trustworthy feedback.

fheProxies:
fheVPN (Proxy) is a decentralized Proxy as a Service (PaaS) that enables anonymous web browsing through nodes from operators around the world. fheVPN (Proxy) leverages the power of Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) to provide secure, anonymous web browsing through a decentralized Proxy as a Service (PaaS) model. Node operators can launch proxy nodes in various regions and set access prices. The details of these nodes are encrypted using FHE, ensuring that only authorized customers who pay through the Fhenix network can access them. Even if an IP leak occurs, unauthorized users are blocked by a whitelisting mechanism. This eliminates the need for a password as the client's IP is encrypted and shared with the node provider for whitelisting after payment. This creates a secure, anonymous browsing experience powered by blockchain.

SQUIDL:
Squidl.me is a platform designed to give individuals and businesses full control over their payments and financial transactions. By using stealth addresses, Squidl ensures that every transaction is private and untraceable. With custom static payment links that double as ENS addresses, users can easily receive payments in crypto or fiat without exposing their identity or financial data. The platform provides seamless integration with various blockchain networks, including Ethereum, BSC, Morph, Linea, and Flow EVM, allowing users to accept a variety of payment methods.

Nifi:
Nifi provides a secure Web3-based WiFi access portal that uses NFTs and tokens to verify login access in a decentralized and seamless manner.
Have you ever entered a lounge or boarded a flight on an airline like Singapore or Emirates and been asked to log in with your frequent flyer number or mobile number to access the WiFi? Now, imagine a similar experience — but instead of using a traditional login, access is granted based on the cryptocurrency or NFTs you hold in your Web3 wallet.
Nifi integrates blockchain, OpenNDS, and Raspberry Pi to create a decentralized captive portal that authenticates users using ERC20, ERC721, and ERC1155 tokens. It relies on a pre-authentication process and a forwarding authentication service (FAS) to grant or deny network access.

Marina Royale:
Marina Royale uses Uniswap V4 Hooks to implement gasless lotteries, optimized for mobile via Telegram. Users create lottery pools with built-in referral and liquidity incentives. Marina Royale leverages Uniswap V4 Hooks in place of traditional ERC4626 vaults, allowing anyone with liquidity to start their lottery pool. The referral system is built directly into Uniswap V4 Hooks to incentivize community growth and potentially create token utility: when a referred user participates but does not win, 20% of their ticket value goes to the referrer. The remaining 80% goes to liquidity providers. For example, if user A is referred and buys 10 tickets worth $10, and the jackpot expires without them winning, $2 goes to the referrer and $8 goes to LPs.
