The developer of the popular party game "Cards Against Humanity" accused Elon Musk's SpaceX of illegally trespassing and damaging a vacant lot owned by the company in Texas, Golden Finance reported. In a lawsuit filed in the state court this week, the Cards Against Humanity organization claimed that SpaceX has essentially treated its property in Cameron County as its own for at least the past six months. The lawsuit claims that SpaceX previously acquired other plots near the property and placed construction materials such as gravel and other debris on the land without permission. SpaceX did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Cards Against Humanity purchased the land in 2017, which the group said was one of the stunts to oppose former President Donald Trump's border wall construction, and 150,000 people have donated $15 each to the initiative. Cards Against Humanity said the land has been kept in its natural state for many years. The company also said it has a "no trespassing" sign to warn people that they are about to step on private property. The company is seeking $15 million in damages, including the loss of vegetation on the land.
