PANews reported on September 20 that at the "Growth Hacker Camp" event co-organized by BeWater and PANews, ABCDE co-founder BMAN discussed the construction framework of the underlying narrative in the crypto field in his keynote speech "The Top-level Narrative of Crypto". He pointed out that first of all, Web3 projects can build the strategic layer of Web3 projects from four steps of positioning, specifically, analyzing the environment to determine their own unique positioning in the market, determining brand positioning to avoid the strong position of competitors in the minds of users, providing reliable credentials for brand positioning to increase user trust and identity, and integrating positioning into all aspects of internal corporate operations; secondly, Web3 projects need to use seven differentiation factors such as performance, customization, risk reduction, identity, novelty and low price to distinguish themselves from competitors; finally, projects should start from multiple product attributes and build a complete narrative chain through levels such as benefits, psychological value and values.

BMAN also emphasized that in order to transform a narrative into a movement, it must go through two processes: thawing and refreezing. In the thawing process, the audience's emotions (such as pride, friendship, solidarity, and identity pride) can be aroused by finding inflammatory reasons and shaping common enemies, and their sense of belonging can be enhanced through community building; in the refreezing process, the project needs to shape the audience into new and sustainable behavioral habits and convey core values through narratives.

It is understood that the second "BeWater Growth Hacker Camp" was held in Singapore from September 20 to September 21.
