Google Cloud Launches Ethereum-Compatible Blockchain RPC Service
Google Cloud has introduced a new Blockchain Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service that is compatible with Ethereum, offering developers a more reliable way to interact with blockchain data. The service is currently available for Ethereum's mainnet and testnet, with plans to expand support to other blockchain networks within the next year. It aims to improve the performance of decentralized applications (DApps) by providing developers with up to 100 requests per second and 1 million daily requests through a free tier.
This new service adheres to Ethereum's JSON-RPC standard (EIP-1474), simplifying integration with Ethereum-based applications. With a focus on enhancing reliability, especially during periods of high network traffic, Google Cloud's blockchain RPC service is expected to help developers build more scalable and stable DApps, positioning the company as a key player in the Web3 infrastructure
