Ethereum Dominates the Top Blockchains Based on Commits and Active Developers Over the Week
A commit is an authorized change to a project’s source code with an agreement between the administrators and the community. Ethereum has reportedly topped the list with up to 40.6K commits. In addition to this, it has seen nearly 27,772 weekly active developers. After that, SKALE secured the 2nd position in the list with 21.1K commits. Additionally, its 7-day active developers have reached 63 in number.
The list places Algorand in the 3rd place with its commits reaching 17.2K in the last seven days. Moreover, the number of active developers in the previous week has touched 91. Subsequently, Base has occupied the 4th spot with 5576 commits along with 978 active developers seen in the last 7 days.
