In the wake of the technological innovations presented by the Central Bank of Brazil in recent years - such as Pix, launched in 2020 -, from 2025 onwards we will have for the “traditional world” something that has been well-known and useful in the crypto universe for a long time: the union between fully digital financial transactions with the security of smart contracts.In this blog article, we will discuss what these innovations are that will reach traditional markets, what DREX has to do with them and how this can open up a greater field of discussion about the use of digital currencies in Brazil.
