Ryan Salame, former co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets, has withdrawn his plea to guilty to campaign finance and money transmission violations.

- The withdrawal was filed on August 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

- Salame wants to let his partner, Michelle Bond, develop evidence in her case.

- Bond is also accused of violating campaign finance laws related to his 2022 congressional campaign.

Salame filed a motion to dismiss his 90-month prison sentence on August 21, but it was denied. He is scheduled to report on October 13.

- Salame and Bond are accused of using FTX-related funds for Bond's campaign.

Both are free on $1 million bail each.
