Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, will support the Simon's Cat ($CAT) airdrop to $FLOKI holders on the Binance exchange.
If you hold FLOKI on Binance, you do not need to transfer your tokens out of Binance as you will be airdropped $CAT directly to your Binance account.
Here are the terms and conditions to qualify for the Simon's Cat airdrop on Binance:
1. Users must hold at least 400,000 $FLOKI tokens on Binance to be eligible for the $CAT airdrop.
Note that this refers to the minimum amount of FLOKI tokens a user needs to hold, not the dollar value.
For example, 400,000 FLOKI tokens at a rate of $0.000125 = worth $50. This price may change depending on the value of FLOKI tokens at any given time.
2. Binance will conduct the airdrop based on the snapshot that will be taken on August 29, 2024 at 23:59:59 UTC.
3. $900 billion CAT tokens will be distributed to eligible $FLOKI holders on Binance.
4. Airdrops will be distributed proportionally to users' FLOKI holdings on Binance. In other words, as long as you hold more than 400,000 FLOKI tokens, holding more FLOKI tokens will increase the amount of $CAT tokens you will be airdropped.
Distribution Ratio = 900 billion $CAT: Total $FLOKI tokens (minimum 400,000 $FLOKI).
For example, if the total amount of FLOKI tokens that meet the above criteria on Binance at the time of the snapshot is 900 billion FLOKI tokens, Binance will airdrop $CAT at a ratio of 1 CAT: 1 FLOKI.
If the total amount of tokens that meet the above criteria on Binance is 1.8 trillion FLOKI tokens, Binance will airdrop at a ratio of 0.5 $CAT: 1 $FLOKI. Etc.
In the above examples, holding more Floki tokens, as long as you hold more than the required number of tokens, means you will be dropped more $CAT.
The final details will be determined by Binance based on the total amount of FLOKI tokens held on Binance that meet the airdrop criteria at the time of the snapshot.
