😡 SEC Postpones Decision On BlackRock Bitcoin ETF
The SEC has delayed its decision on several BTC ETFs, including BlackRock, ahead of the expected end and start of the new fiscal year on October 1.
According to filings dated September 28, Bitcoin ETF applications from Invesco, Bitwise and Valkyrie have also been delayed and analyst James Seyffart expects applications from Fidelity, VanEck and WidsomTree as well
will be postponed by the regulator in the near future.
📆 The third set of deadlines for seven firms falls in mid-January. The SEC will have to make a final decision no later than mid-March 2024.
