MicroStrategy sells 592,987 shares for net proceeds of $209 million

According to Odaily Planet Daily, MicroStrategy sold 592,987 shares under the underwriting agreement between December 23 and December 29, 2024, and obtained net proceeds of approximately US$209 million.

As of December 29, 2024, MicroStrategy will still have approximately $6.88 billion of its shares available for issuance and sale under the underwriting agreement.
