According to BlockBeats, on December 22, President-elect Trump announced via social media the nomination of Tilman J. Fertitta, owner of the NBA's Houston Rockets, as the U.S. Ambassador to Italy.
Trump also appointed reality show producer and former MGM Television chairman Mark Burnett as special envoy for UK affairs. Burnett produced Trump's reality show (The Apprentice).
