According to Odaily Planet Daily, the Cryptocurrency Open Patent Alliance (COPA) accused Craig Wright of contempt of court and sought a prison sentence of up to two years.
COPA believes that Craig Wright’s attempt to file a £900 million ($1.1 billion) lawsuit in October over intellectual property related to the bitcoin system amounted to contempt of court.
In March of this year, a judge ruled that Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto and prohibited him from continuing the lawsuit related to his claim to be Satoshi Nakamoto.
