According to Foresight News, ZK Nation announced on X that proposal ZIP-002 was passed with 1.11 billion ZK votes, reducing the execution delay from 21 hours to 3 hours.
For the same reasons as ZIP-001, the proposal needs to be resubmitted to the chain and the resubmission is expected to be completed this week.
