According to Odaily Planet Daily, Elon Musk's lawyers have applied for a preliminary injunction against OpenAI, its co-founders, and partner Microsoft, accusing them of engaging in anti-competitive behavior.
The motion for the injunction was filed in the Northern District Court of California, accusing OpenAI, CEO Sam Altman, President Greg Brockman, Microsoft, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, and Microsoft Vice President Dee Templeton of engaging in illegal activities.
The allegations include preventing investors from supporting OpenAI competitors, benefiting from competitively obtained information, altering OpenAI's governance structure, and forcing it to cooperate with specific organizations. Musk claimed that if the injunction is not approved, it will cause irreparable harm.
