According to Odaily Planet Daily, Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley posted on X stating that he believes the bearish outlook on ETH will not last long. This does not mean that other L1s cannot be bullish. He believes that the L1 category will see significant growth, and the success of one does not require the decline of another.
