According to the recent announcement by the Bybit exchange, it will no longer serve France. Bybit customers in France will not be able to open new positions. All products will be restricted, effective from August 2 at 08:00 (UTC). Investors need to close their positions in all products and transfer their assets from the exchange.

Your account will be restricted to “Close Only” mode; this means that no new positions can be opened or added, and no products can be purchased by you from that moment on. This restriction applies to all products offered by Bybit (including One-Click Buy, Bybit Card, P2P, all Spot products, all Derivative products, Copy Trade, Trade Bot, Bybit Earn, and Bybit Structured Products). Similarly, all deposits to your account will be restricted.
From August 13, 2024, all open positions in all products (including but not limited to all Derivative products, all Spot products, Active Trade Bots, Copy Trade, Bybit Card, Bybit Earn products, and Bybit Structured Products) that remain open on that date will be liquidated.”
