Trump's talk didn't change. But the timeline is night and day from when I went to bed vs when I woke up at $67K with price just 3% lower.

People's confidence in what was said is mostly influenced by price and nothing else. Price exceeds narrative.

Of course I'd also have liked to see price go to $100K straight away but we know this is simply not how $BTC moves in this current day. TradFi is slow, it is weekend, there was a lot of frontrunning and BTC traded up big last week while all markets were in pain.

It takes time for TradFi flows to start pricing in whatever they think is fair and for the media to start spreading whatever we heard yesterday. This doesn't all happen in the span of 12 hours during a weekend.

I'd say give it some time. Yesterday was not bearish and even though we're yet to see whether Trump actually stays true to his word (if elected) the narrative is what matters in the short/mid term.

I think there is very little chance we're going to see any negative headlines from the current Biden Administration until the election. Also unlikely to sell any other BTC or for the SEC to sue any major crypto company. At this point they'd only shoot themselves in the foot by doing so.

So while we have no idea what may happen at and after the elections, I think there is a lot of repricing to be done for the space. I also think yesterday has given the crypto space some form of "shield" against any (unreasonable) action against crypto companies.

Since the BTC ETFs are live, movements are generally slower with TradFi involved. Ranges are longer, moves are more muted. Give it time to play out.
