Wong Ching-kit is wanted for fraud and theft as part of the investigation into crypto exchange platform JPEX, with an estimated loss of nearly $178 million.
Wong has been one of the most important influencers promoting JPEX.
He notably drove around at the wheel of a Lamborghini bearing the logo of a cryptocurrency he was promoting, before throwing hundreds of dollars in cash off a roof.
Interpol's Red Notice "requests law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender or similar legal action."
