Then once it has rallied considerably

Enough new money has flowed into Bitcoin
That's when you start seeing money flow into alt coins
As people are looking at bigger upside
Especially if Bitcoin has already given most of its upside already
Alt season is usually much shorter than the Bitcoin bullrun
So it's usually a signal that we might be near the end of the bull market
