CARA TRADING FUTURES
This article is specifically in Indonesian, namely about how to trade futures on Binance.
What are crypto futures? It is an investment instrument with crypto underlying assets where we can choose 2 options, either buy or sell.
Select click "BUY" or can be called "Long position", if you feel the crypto coin will rise and conversely select click "sell" or what is usually called "short position" if you feel there will be a decline.
Trading crypto futures certainly has advantages whether the market is going up "pump" or the market is going down "dump"
Below I will give you tricks and tips on how to trade crypto futures correctly:
Perform top-down analysis: What is top-down analysis: namely looking at the market from the macro sector first and moving on to the micro sector. Namely, the flow from fundamental analysis continues to technical analysis
Perform fundamental analysis: fundamental analysis is by looking at news and issues related to the crypto coin that you will choose to trade
Perform technical analysis: technical analysis is technical analysis that studies real-time market conditions. For example, using moving average analysis, Bollinger bands, ichimoku, volume, relative strength index, Fibonacci. Every trader has their own style in trading
Use less than 10x leverage. What is leverage? Leverage is leverage in trading that allows you to trade open positions that exceed your capital. Leverage is a double-edged sword, use it wisely. If your position is correct leverage will help you maximize profits and conversely if your position is wrong leverage will increase your losses. My suggestion is to use 10x leverage
Limit losses for each open position to 5% of total capital. Limit losses per open position to no more than 5%. Don't be greedy in trading. Capital protection is more important.
Use a day trading strategy. What is day trading? Day trading is a short-term trading strategy. Sell and buy in the same day. Don't stay on the market for too long and don't be greedy.
