Galaxy Digital, under the leadership of Michael Novogratz, has acquired a large portion of the assets of blockchain node operator CryptoManufaktur LLC! 🚀

This deal will increase Galaxy's staked Ethereum holdings by approximately 43%. CMF founder Thorsten Behrens and his team are joining Galaxy's blockchain infrastructure team. 🤖

CMF was founded in 2020, initially to build infrastructure for Chainlink, and now does automatic proof-of-stake node deployment on Ethereum. The deal comes with around $1 billion in Ethereum assets, which brings Galaxy's total to $3.3 billion. 💰
