These wallets are classified as addresses containing "very small amounts" of BTC, also known as dust addresses. Since January 2023, these addresses have accumulated more than 530 BTC. According to BitInfoCharts, these addresses hold a total of about 1,380 BTC. It is worth noting that many of the smallest addresses are relatively new, with nine of the top ten addresses receiving their first transaction only after March 2023. The newest address in the top 100 addresses is only 5 months old. Among these "dirtiest" wallets, the top one is an address controlled by the Houbi exchange. The address holds 12.46 BTC, worth about $792,000 at the current exchange rate. The address has conducted more than 1.59 million transactions, accounting for 0.77% of all Bitcoin transactions. In addition, 78 addresses belong to the Bitcoin mining pool F2Pool. The largest address holds 2.47 Bitcoins, worth about $172,737. The remaining addresses are believed to belong to retail and institutional investors, but it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two.
