Whether new coins or old coins are better has been debated endlessly, and everyone has different opinions. Here I share my personal summary for your reference

New coins:

Most of the circulating supply is usually allocated to selected individuals or groups, which is easy to manipulate

Generally, it will attract new market participants during the bull market, so that it is easier to sell at a high price for profit

Old coins:

Usually held by a wider range of people and not easy to manipulate

In order to influence prices, manipulators need to buy back from weaker people during the bear market, so that there is a cost bottom line.

Airdrop coins like ZRO, STRK, and ZK may eventually fall into the hands of specific wallets, funds, teams, or manipulators. Because most people sell their airdrops almost immediately after listing.

So on the whole, I personally think that old coins are less likely to be manipulated than new coins, so they may perform better in the upcoming altcoin season.

But there are some exceptions to the old currency projects, which will shine for some time thanks to good marketing and product uniqueness. What do you think?
