At a hearing on Friday, U.S. Judge Thane Rehn postponed the trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm, originally scheduled for September, to December 2. Rehn said he expects the trial to last about two weeks. The core issue of the U.S. Department of Justice's case against Roman Storm is whether he created the software or controlled the service. The judge did not make any decision on Friday, saying that he would rule on various motions "quickly." Previously, a Dutch court rejected the bail application of Alexey Pertsev, another Tornado Cash developer. (CoinDesk)
