According to TechFlow, the Metaverse project Decentraland announced that Q3 will focus on the development of a new desktop client, and is expected to be tested in Q4. Applications for alpha testing are now open. The team will also improve the content creation process and develop a comprehensive editor. In order to focus on the release of the new client, Decentraland will suspend major events. The only major event is the Decentraland Music Festival in November. The Metaverse Fashion Week will be held in March 2025 to showcase a more complete desktop client.
