According to Foresight News, Spot On Chain monitoring shows that the German government address has sold a total of $376 million worth of BTC in the past 16 hours, of which 10,627 BTC (about $616 million) were sold at an average price of $57,976, and 4,169 BTC (about $240 million) were recovered at an average price of $57,469.
