According to Foresight News, Bitcoin mining company Ionic Digital recently appointed John Penver as chief financial officer to oversee its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). Ionic Digital is the company that acquired all the mining assets of bankrupt lender Celsius. Penver previously served as CFO of data center service provider TSS and has more than 18 years of experience in data center technology and infrastructure.
