Bybit is now offering Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) tokens for pre-market trading on its OTC platform, allowing users to buy the tokens before they officially hit the market. This move supports emerging projects on the Telegram Open Network (TON).

Bybit announced the listing of HMSTR on July 8, enabling buyers to lock in their purchase early and trade at set prices before the token’s official listing.

Bybit announced that its pre-market OTC platform began trading Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) tokens on July 8 at 10:00 am UTC. The exchange noted that details of the delivery schedule for these tokens will be provided soon.

Bybit emphasized that listing HMSTR tokens on its pre-market platform is a significant advancement, allowing users to acquire the tokens before they are officially listed for spot trading.

The firm highlighted that this exclusive access enables users to secure HMSTR tokens ahead of the market and lock in their purchase or sale prices early, representing a notable innovation in its trading offerings.

HMSTR Listed on Bybit Pre-Market, Spot Trading Date Unclear

While Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) is now available on Bybit’s pre-market trading platform, the start date for its spot trading remains unknown. Bybit noted that pre-market trading might reflect market expectations, but the official listing price could be influenced by other factors. They emphasized that there is no direct correlation between the pre-market price and the official listing price, as both are ultimately determined by the market.

Currently, data from Bybit’s Pre-Market Trading shows that HMSTR’s pre-market price fluctuates between approximately $0.001 and $0.1, quoted in Tether USDT.

Hamster Kombat, a tap-to-earn game on Telegram, lets players act as CEOs of a virtual cryptocurrency exchange. Since its launch in March 2024, the game has gained significant traction, becoming the third-fastest app to reach 150 million users.

Hamster Kombat Token Follows Success of Notcoin with Bybit Listing

Hamster Kombat’s launch builds on the success of another Telegram-based clicker game, Notcoin (NOT), and its token. By the time Notcoin began spot trading in mid-May 2024, it had amassed 11.5 million holders. Prior to its official listing, Notcoin was also available on Bybit’s pre-market platform, with the last traded pre-market price recorded at $0.0059.

After its spot trading debut at around $0.007 on May 16, Notcoin saw a significant surge, reaching a high of $0.2 by June 1, according to Coinstats. As of now, NOT is trading at $0.01585, which represents a 16% decline over the past 30 days but a 25% increase over the past 14 days.
