Miguel Morel, CEO of blockchain data analysis platform Arkham Intelligence, revealed in an interview with The Block at the Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) yesterday (10) that he expects to start providing paid functions for some of his services by the end of this year and will also go online. Solana and the TON network.

Arkham Intelligence will implement a partial service payment system

Morel first noted that he expects to implement a fee-based system for some of Arkham Intelligence's services later this year.

He emphasized that the core functions of the platform will always remain free to ensure that it helps more people:

From a vision perspective, I hope that Arkham's main services, including the ability to view institutions and entities, conduct searches, view people's portfolios, etc., will always be free.

It added, "Other application programming interfaces (APIs), visualization tools and tracking tools and other non-main functions may gradually charge fees in the future."

Arkham will support Solana, TON network

In addition, Morel also revealed that Arkham Intelligence will complete support for the TON and Solana blockchains in the near future:

Support for the TON network is expected to roll out within the next two weeks, with Solana by the end of August.

It added, "Integrating Solana will cost the company $1 million per year, but it is fully funded."

At the same time, Morel believes that Solana lacks a complete and easy-to-use browser, and suggests that if this blockchain can be analyzed more easily, Arkham's analysis tools will be able to reveal valuable information more quickly.

Real-time on-chain monitoring tools are popular

Finally, Morel has also seen a significant increase in Arkham usage recently, which he attributes to its tool’s ability to monitor the German government’s Bitcoin movements and the repayment progress of defunct exchange Mt. Gox.

Previously, Arkham has pointed out that the website's average weekly user growth exceeds 20%, and it is estimated that by the end of the second quarter of 2024, the number of Arkham users will reach 1 million.

Morel said:

We actually created something unique and market-friendly that attracted more and more user attention and allowed the tool to spread wider and wider.
