Wu said that DigitalX Ltd. will launch a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) on the Australian main board market, becoming the second such product to be approved by the ASX, according to Bloomberg. The DigitalX Bitcoin ETF will be listed on July 12 under the code BTXX. The fund was established by DigitalX in partnership with K2 Asset Management and 3iQ. DigitalX's listing follows the ASX approval of the VanEck Bitcoin ETF last month. Sydney fund management company BetaShares Holdings Pty has also applied to launch Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs on the ASX.
