Techub News reported that according to Bitcoin News, the US government has agreed to bail out Samourai Wallet developer William Lonergan Hill (also known as TDev). William Lonergan Hill will appear in a New York City court next week and has been extradited from Portugal.

Techub News previously reported that according to The Block, Keonne Rodriguez and William Lonergan Hill, co-founders of the cryptocurrency mixer protocol Samourai Wallet, were arrested. Prosecutors stated that Samourai Wallet was an unlicensed remittance company that was involved in "more than $2 billion in illegal transactions and provided more than $100 million in money laundering transactions for illegal dark web markets including Silk Road."
