Do altcoins still have a chance to rise?
MEME coins are like many people think, mainly relying on everyone's emotional fluctuations. But if you only focus on emotions, what is the difference between it and those altcoins?
We have to understand that the value of tokens is driven by emotions or supported by the ecosystem, which are two completely different things. Ecological construction is a long-term solution that can make tokens stand the test of time.
Look at Bitcoin, the recognized leader in the encryption industry, with both emotional value and consensus. But it has also stumbled all the way, bear market, crash, what hasn't it experienced? But why can it stand up again and again? Because it has core values and a unique story that can continue to attract people and build consensus.
Such a project can survive well even without an ecosystem. But what about other tokens? Without an ecosystem, relying solely on emotions, it depends on luck. Who knows how long this emotion can last and how high the price of the coin can be?
So, if I only see emotions when I look at MEME coins, I will just play a game, feel the community atmosphere, make some quick money and leave, and I won’t hold a large position. But if it has a strong team and is working hard to build an ecosystem, then I will seriously consider long-term investment.
Are there still opportunities for altcoins?
When it comes to altcoins, except for the big guys like Bitcoin and Ethereum, the others all depend on how the project is doing.
If the project keeps moving forward, even if the token is not doing well now, there is still a chance to turn around in the future. After all, many DeFi projects are slowly becoming popular in this way.
How about ZETA and CEL?
I don’t know much about CEL, so I won’t talk about it. As for ZETA, I thought it was just average before. But recently I saw the topic of chain abstraction, ZetaChain was mentioned, and there is also a Particle Network that is quite popular.
Both of them are engaged in chain abstraction, and their purpose is to make blockchain more convenient to use without switching chains back and forth. But in comparison, I prefer Particle Network, which specializes in solving problems in the Ethereum ecosystem, especially the chain abstraction problem of second-layer expansion.
