According to TechFlow, Blur and Blast co-founder Pacman posted a post on the X platform to clarify Blast's governance mechanism. He said that Blast's governance goal is not to allow the community to actively participate in governance, but to allow the community to intervene when governance goes off track, such as vetoing proposals and replacing progress committees. This is a system of checks and balances, and the expectation is that the community will basically never need to intervene, and business development and incentives will still be led by the foundation team.
