#Mantra will tokenize $500M worth of real estate assets for UAE-based builder #MAGGroup in multiple tranches. The first tranche will include Keturah Reserve, a residential project under construction by MAG in Meydan, Dubai. Additionally, this tranche will feature a $75 million mega-mansion at 'The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside' development, which is part of the Keturah Resort.
MANTRA Chain is a #Layer1 blockchain created for the tokenization of #RWAs . The project raised $11M in two funding rounds from Shorooq Partners, Mapleblock Capital, Genblock Capital, Kenetic Capital, and others.
