#BlockchainNewsFlash# A federal judge approved the timetable for hearing blockchain company Consensys' lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The judge set deadlines requiring SEC and Consensys lawyers to submit opening statements and objections by September and November. The SEC was given a 28-day grace period to respond to the lawsuit. All SEC commissioners and regulators must submit responses by July 29 and defense statements by November 26. Consensys legal counsel expects the case to be ruled around December.
