Meta hopes to use generative artificial intelligence to research and prototype new "consumer experiences", such as games that are "non-deterministic, personalized, and change every time you play." According to recent recruitment information, Meta offers experts who promote its AI metaverse vision an annual salary of $347,000, plus bonuses, equity and benefits. Incumbents will initially work in its metaverse construction department Reality Labs, and will also work with senior company executives. Meta noted that the focus of the position will initially be on Horizon, a mixed reality game ecosystem built on its integrated game creation system, but may be expanded to include non-Meta platforms such as mobile devices and PCs in the future.
