The wallet address marked "German Government" transferred 282.74 BTC to multiple exchanges

According to TechFlow, Arkham monitored that the wallet address marked "German Government" transferred a total of 282.74 bitcoins to Bitstamp, Coinbase and Kraken at 16:20 (UTC+8) on July 2, worth about 17.64 million US dollars. Since the previous two weeks, the German Government has transferred a total of more than 3,000 bitcoins to centralized exchanges (CEX).
