PANews reported on July 2 that Arkham data showed that 18 minutes ago, a wallet address marked as "German Government" transferred a total of 282.74 BTC to Bitstamp, Coinbase and Kraken, worth about $17.64 million. In addition, the wallet also transferred 550 BTC to an unknown address starting with 139PoP.
