According to TechFlow, techcrunch reported that investment app Robinhood announced the acquisition of AI-driven research platform Pluto Capital, Inc. to add more AI features for investors. Robinhood said that Pluto will help it quickly identify trends and investment opportunities, guide users to develop investment strategies, and provide real-time portfolio optimization.
Pluto founder Jacob Sansbury will join Robinhood and be responsible for accelerating the application of AI technology in trading applications, including leveraging Pluto's data analysis capabilities to process and interpret market data through large language models (LLMs) and provide real-time access to global financial data and users' personal data.
