In a recent interview, Buffett reiterated his pessimistic view of the future.

1. We will not be able to avoid another pandemic!

🦠 Buffett believes that COVID-19 is just the first of many pandemics he believes could occur in the coming years. New infections occur naturally, and our increasingly connected world makes it easier for diseases to spread.

✅He called on governments and the private sector to prepare for new threats that may emerge. He stressed the importance of investing in the research and development of new vaccines and drugs and building strong health systems capable of responding to potential large-scale disease outbreaks.

2. US Economy:

🟢I think we are at the beginning of a recession. I don't think it will be a severe recession, but it will be. Inflation will become a problem and the Fed will address it by raising interest rates. This will cause the economy to slow down and lead to a recession.

3. US stock market:

🟢The stock market is currently overvalued. Corporate profits are growing slowly, while stock prices are rising rapidly. This may lead to a stock market correction in the future.

4. China:

🟢China is an important part of the global economy. It is the largest market in the world and continues to grow. However, China is an unpredictable country and investors should be careful when investing in Chinese companies.
