According to Foresight News, Dan Romero, co-founder of the decentralized social media protocol Farcaster, announced the launch of an in-app payment feature on the client Warpcast that supports the USDC stablecoin, allowing users to use existing wallets to pay others with USDC without having to find or remember addresses, with almost instant confirmation and zero fees. This feature initially only supports the Base chain, and may be added to support other chains in the future.
